Rover Equity is a privately held real estate investment and operating company established in 2016. Our work is centered on acquisitions, ownership, and active management of real estate, with a primary focus on New York and New Jersey.
Our investment experience includes manufactured housing communities, multifamily residential properties, and select commercial real estate. We approach each opportunity with a practical understanding of asset operations, capital requirements, and market fundamentals.
