Moishe Fekete is a New York-based real estate investor and entrepreneur and the founder of Rover Equity, a privately held real estate investment and operating company established in 2016.
With experience spanning manufactured housing communities, multifamily residential properties, and commercial real estate, Fekete has developed an investment approach centered on identifying opportunity, navigating complex transactions, and creating long-term value through strategic ownership and disciplined execution.
His real estate activities have extended across New York, New Jersey, Georgia, and Florida, with a particular emphasis on acquiring and repositioning assets with meaningful operational or investment potential.
As founder of Rover Equity, Fekete oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, capital relationships, and the company’s broader direction. His approach combines entrepreneurial decision-making with a detailed understanding of property operations and asset performance.
